What we handle
An event held abroad is really two problems at once. There is the event itself — the venue, the catering, the photographer, the running order — and there is the fact that every guest has to fly in, be met, sleep somewhere and be moved around a city they do not know. Handle only the first and the second will unravel on the day.
We work on both. Being a local operator means the venues, caterers and suppliers are people we deal with directly and in Turkish, and the guest side is the same work we already do for tour groups: airport pickups, hotel blocks, transfers and a schedule everyone can actually follow.
The events we are asked about most are celebrations built around a destination — anniversaries, milestone birthdays, family gatherings that double as a holiday — along with corporate retreats and community group functions. Turkey suits these well, with Istanbul offering historic venues and Bosphorus settings, and the Antalya coast offering resorts that can host a whole party in one place.

What kinds of events do you organise?
Destination celebrations such as anniversaries and milestone birthdays, extended family gatherings that double as a holiday, corporate retreats and community group functions. What they share is a party arriving from abroad who all need to be housed, moved and fed alongside the event itself.
Can you arrange a destination wedding?
We can arrange the celebration — venue, catering, décor, photography, guest accommodation and transfers. The legal side is separate and depends on your nationality and your home country's requirements, which is why many couples complete the legal formalities at home and hold the celebration here. Raise it with us early and we will tell you what applies.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can. Venues, hotel blocks for a large group and the better suppliers are all committed months ahead, particularly in spring and autumn. Late enquiries are not impossible, but they narrow the options and rarely improve the price.
Do you handle guest travel and hotels as well as the event?
Yes, and it is the part most easily underestimated. Guests arriving on different flights all need meeting and transferring, and putting the whole party in one hotel makes every subsequent movement simpler. We handle that as one booking alongside the event.
Can you arrange halal catering?
Yes. Meat in Turkey is halal by default in ordinary restaurants and catering, so it is the standard rather than a special arrangement. Tell us about any additional dietary requirements across your guest list and they will be built into the catering brief.
How large a group can you handle?
That depends on the venue and the dates rather than on us. Give us your expected headcount at the first conversation and we will tell you honestly which venues can take it on your dates and what it means for accommodation and transport.
