What we handle
What we do, and what we don’t. We arrange the travel, not the treatment. Your care is provided by the hospital or clinic you choose, and every clinical decision rests with you and your doctors — we do not give medical advice, recommend procedures or select providers.
Travelling for treatment is a trip with a fixed point at the centre of it. The appointment does not move, so everything else has to bend around it — which flight gets you in with a day spare, how far the hotel really is from the clinic once traffic is counted rather than kilometres, who is at the airport when you land tired, and what happens to the return ticket if your doctor wants you to stay another week.
That scheduling and logistics work is what we do, and it is all we do here. We are a travel company. We do not arrange treatment, we do not advise on procedures and we do not choose your hospital — those belong to you and to the medical professionals you instruct. Tell us where your clinic is and what your appointment schedule looks like, and we will build the trip around it.
In practice most of the value is in the unglamorous details. A room on a low floor or near a lift. A hotel on the quiet side of a busy road. A companion who needs their own arrangements. A driver who is waiting rather than being called for. And somebody reachable in Urdu when something needs sorting out and you do not feel like sorting it out yourself.

- Travel, accommodation, transfers and support on the ground. Treatment, medical advice and every clinical decision rest with you and the hospital you have chosen.
- What we do not do
- We do not select clinics, recommend doctors, advise on procedures or quote for treatment. Anyone in the travel trade who offers to do those things is outside their competence.
- Pricing
- Quoted for the travel arrangements after enquiry. Treatment is billed to you by your clinic directly and never forms part of our quote.
- Companion travel
- Most people bring somebody. Say so at the first enquiry — it changes the room type, the vehicle and often the hotel.
- Visas
- Travelling for treatment can call for different documentation than a tourist visit, and requirements depend on your passport. We will tell you what applies and prepare the travel-side papers; the decision belongs to the authorities.
- Build in slack
- Appointments move and recovery is not predictable. A flexible return date costs less when booked than a changed one does later.
Questions about medical tourism
Do you arrange the treatment itself?
No. We arrange travel, accommodation, transfers and support around your treatment. The medical side — the consultation, the procedure, the aftercare and every decision within it — is between you and the hospital you choose.
Can you recommend a hospital or a doctor?
No, and we would be wary of any travel company that does. We are not medical professionals, a recommendation from us would carry an authority it has not earned, and the consequence of a wrong one is not a spoiled holiday. Choose your provider on medical advice, then tell us where it is and we will build the trip around it.
Can somebody travel with me?
Yes, and most travellers do. Mention it at the first enquiry rather than later, because a companion affects the room, the transfer vehicle and sometimes which hotel makes sense. We arrange their flights and their stay alongside yours as one booking.
What if I need to stay longer than planned?
Tell us as soon as you know and we will extend the accommodation and move the return flight. Change fees and fare differences depend on the airline and the ticket, which is why we will point out at booking where a slightly more flexible fare is worth the difference.
Will somebody there speak Urdu?
Yes. You will have a contact reachable in Urdu and English for the whole stay. It matters more on this kind of trip than on a holiday — arranging a car when you are sore and tired is not the moment to be negotiating in a third language.
Can I add sightseeing before or after?
Often, and plenty of people do — but only if your treating doctor has cleared you to be out and about, and that is their call rather than ours. If you are cleared, a few unhurried days can be added to either end and we will keep the pace to whatever you are up to.
