What we handle
What we do, and what we don’t. We handle the travel, the student-visa documentation and the arrival. University applications, offers and admissions decisions are between you and the institution, and no agent can guarantee a visa or a place.
The hard part of studying abroad is not the flight. It is the fortnight after it: landing with two heavy suitcases and no SIM card, finding somewhere to sleep before the permanent accommodation is sorted, working out which transport card to buy, and turning up to a residence permit appointment without knowing what you were meant to bring. Everyone gets through it. Most people get through it more miserably than they needed to.
That first fortnight is what we take off you. Visa documentation prepared properly and checked before your appointment, a flight booked with the baggage you actually have rather than the baggage the cheap fare allows, someone at the airport when you land, and a room for the first weeks so you are choosing a permanent place with your feet on the ground instead of from a listing site in another country.
The other half of this is for the people you left behind. Parents want to see where you are living, and they are usually more reassured by a week in the city than by any number of photographs. We arrange their trip the way we would arrange any tour — and again for graduation, which is the one nobody wants to miss.

- Visas
- Student visa requirements depend on your nationality and on your acceptance documents, and nothing here states what your passport needs. We prepare and check the paperwork; the decision belongs to the Turkish authorities.
- Start early
- Appointment slots at Turkish missions get scarce as the academic year approaches, and the sequence — offer, then documents, then appointment, then flight — does not compress well.
- Baggage
- The first flight is the one where baggage matters. Tell us what you are actually taking and the fare gets chosen around it, which is almost always cheaper than paying at the airport.
- Family visits
- Visits from parents are arranged as an ordinary tour package, so they can see something of the country rather than only the campus.
Questions about study in turkey
Do you handle university applications and admissions?
No. Our support covers the travel, the student-visa documentation and the arrival — applications, offers and admissions decisions sit with you and the university. If you have an offer in hand, that is the point at which we are useful.
Can you guarantee my student visa?
No, and nobody can. What we can do is make sure the documentation is complete, consistent and prepared before your appointment, which is where avoidable refusals come from. The decision itself belongs to the Turkish authorities.
Where will I stay when I first arrive?
We book temporary accommodation for the first weeks so that you are not committing to a year-long arrangement sight unseen from another country. Once you have walked the area, seen the commute to campus and worked out what you actually want, choosing a permanent room is a far better decision.
Can my parents visit me during the year?
Yes, and we arrange their trip as a normal package — flights, hotel, transfers and some sightseeing around the days they spend with you. Many families do it once mid-year and again for graduation.
Do you help with the residence permit?
We tell you what the appointment involves and what to take, which is where most of the wasted trips come from. The application itself is yours to make, and it is a separate process from the visa you travelled on.
Which cities do you cover?
Istanbul most often, simply because that is where most of the students who ask us are heading. Tell us where your offer is and we will tell you honestly what we can arrange there — the arrival support is the same work in any city, but somebody meeting you at the airport is only useful if we actually have someone there.
