What we handle
Business travel is not a holiday with a different invoice. The agenda is fixed, the delegates arrive on a dozen different flights, somebody has to be in a meeting room at nine whether or not the traffic cooperated, and at the end of it finance wants one document rather than fourteen. The planning runs backwards from the meeting, not forwards from the arrival.
So that is how we build it. Meeting space sourced to your headcount and your format, a hotel block held together and close to the venue, arrivals met individually however scattered their flights, and vehicles scheduled around your running order rather than a sightseeing timetable. One coordinator on the ground owns the whole programme, and one consolidated invoice goes back to your finance team.
The other half of corporate travel is the part people actually remember. Incentive trips for a sales team, a convention that ends with a Bosphorus dinner, a retreat in Cappadocia, a free afternoon for delegates and a parallel programme for partners who travelled with them — that is ordinary work for us, and it is the reason a corporate group is better off with a tour operator than with a booking portal.

Questions about corporate meetings & tours
How is this different from a private group tour?
A private group tour is built around what the group wants to see. A corporate programme is built around a fixed agenda — the meeting is the immovable object and everything else is scheduled to protect it. Practically, that means meeting space, transfers timed to a running order rather than a sightseeing pace, formal documentation where delegates need it, and one invoice at the end.
Can you arrange meeting rooms and equipment?
Yes. Tell us the headcount, the room layout you want and what you need to present with, and we will source venues that genuinely fit rather than the nearest room that is free. Confirm the layout and equipment needs early — they narrow the venue list far more than the date does.
Do you handle incentive and reward trips?
Yes, and they are among the most common corporate requests we get. An incentive trip is judged on how it felt rather than on whether it ran to schedule, so it is worth briefing us on who is being rewarded and what would land well with them, not just how many people are coming.
Can you provide supporting documents for delegate visas?
We prepare the travel-side documentation for your delegates — confirmed bookings, accommodation and programme details — and we will tell you what applies for the passports in your group. What any individual delegate needs depends on their nationality, and the decision belongs to the Turkish authorities, so build time into the schedule for it.
Our delegates arrive on different flights. Is that a problem?
No, it is the normal case. Send us the flight list as it firms up and each arrival is met and transferred on its own timing. Scattered arrivals only become a problem when nobody has planned for them.
Can partners or spouses travel with the delegates?
Yes, and we would suggest planning it deliberately rather than leaving them to fill the day. A parallel programme running while the meeting is on — sightseeing, a bazaar visit, a spa afternoon — costs little and makes a considerable difference to how the trip is remembered.
