What we handle
A full board package is the whole trip on a single booking. We meet you at arrivals, drive you to your hotel, feed you, guide you through each city, move you between them, and put you back on your departure flight. You are quoted one figure for the lot rather than assembling hotels, transfers, guides and entrance tickets separately and hoping the timings line up.
It is the format most of our travellers choose, and it exists because of the questions we were asked most often: how do we get from the airport, is the food halal, will someone explain what we are looking at, and what happens if a flight moves. On a full board package all four are already answered. Meat in ordinary Turkish restaurants is halal as standard, our guides work in English and Urdu, and there is a local team on the ground for the whole trip rather than a call centre in another time zone.
Every package is a starting point, not a fixed product. Hotel category, the number of cities, the pace of each day and which excursions are included are all adjustable, and the price moves with them. Tell us what matters most to your group — a specific hotel, a slower schedule, extra time in one city — and the itinerary is rebuilt around it before anything is booked.

- Quoted per group after enquiry, not a fixed per-person rate — cost depends on hotel category, group size and season.
- Meals
- Daily breakfast is standard. Lunches and dinners are added where you want them; meat in ordinary restaurants is halal by default.
- Group size
- Built for anything from a couple to an extended family or a larger group — the vehicle and guide are sized to the party.
- Best season
- April–June and September–October give the mildest weather. July–August is hot and busiest; winter is quiet with the lowest hotel rates.
- Customisation
- Every published package can be changed — hotels, cities, pace and excursions — before anything is confirmed.
- Not included
- International flights and visa fees are quoted separately, along with personal spending and any optional add-ons.
Questions about full board packages
What does a full board package actually include?
Airport pickup and departure transfer, hotel accommodation with daily breakfast, guided sightseeing with entrance tickets to the listed sights, and all transport between and within cities. Additional meals are included where your itinerary says so. International flights and visa fees sit outside the package and are quoted separately.
Is the food halal?
Turkey is a Muslim-majority country and meat served in ordinary restaurants is halal as standard, so eating out is straightforward rather than something you have to plan around. If anyone in your group has stricter requirements or specific dietary needs, tell us when you book and we will arrange restaurants accordingly.
Can I change the hotels or the itinerary?
Yes — that is the point of quoting per group rather than selling a fixed product. Hotel category, which cities you visit, how long you stay in each and which excursions are included can all be adjusted. Nothing is booked until you have seen the written proposal and are happy with it.
Can one package cover several cities?
Most of ours do. Istanbul with Cappadocia is the most popular combination, and longer routes add Antalya, Pamukkale, Trabzon or Bursa. Intercity travel is built into the package, usually by domestic flight on the longer legs so you are not spending a day on the road.
Are international flights included?
No. Our packages start when you land in Turkey and end when you leave, which keeps the quote comparable whichever city you fly from. We are happy to advise on routings and timings, and we build your arrival and departure transfers around whatever flights you book.
Do you handle large family groups?
Yes. Larger parties need bigger vehicles, more rooms and a schedule that accounts for different walking paces, and all of that is priced in from the start rather than discovered later. Tell us the number of adults, children and rooms you need when you enquire.
