What we handle
A star rating tells you very little about whether a hotel is right for your trip. Location usually matters more: a four-star in the wrong Istanbul district can cost you an hour of traffic each way, while a modest place in Sultanahmet puts the old city on your doorstep. We book on that basis — where you actually want to wake up, then the room.
Across Turkey that means very different things by region. Cappadocia is about cave hotels carved into the rock, ideally with a terrace facing the valley for the sunrise balloon launch. Istanbul splits between Sultanahmet for the sights and Taksim or Beyoğlu for eating and shopping. Antalya and Bodrum are resort territory, where the question is beach access and what the board basis covers.
You do not need to book a tour with us to use this. Plenty of travellers arrange their own flights and simply want someone in Istanbul who knows which properties deliver what they advertise, can hold family or connecting rooms, and will pass on requests in Turkish so they actually reach the front desk.

Questions about hotels & resort bookings
Can I book a hotel with you without booking a tour?
Yes. Hotel booking is a standalone service and a good number of our clients use only that, arranging their own flights and sightseeing. If you later want transfers or a guided day added, they can be attached to the same booking.
Which area of Istanbul should I stay in?
Sultanahmet if the old city is your priority — Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar are walkable from there. Taksim and Beyoğlu are livelier for restaurants and shopping and sit about twenty minutes from the old city by tram. Most of our Istanbul packages use hotels in the Taksim area for exactly that balance.
Are Cappadocia cave hotels worth it?
For most travellers, yes — staying in a room carved into the rock is part of what makes Cappadocia different from anywhere else. The detail that matters is the terrace: a valley-facing room lets you watch the balloons launch at sunrise without leaving the hotel. Those rooms are limited and go first.
Do you get better rates than booking online?
Sometimes, through the contracted rates a local operator holds, and sometimes an online rate is simply cheaper. Where that is the case we will tell you. What we reliably add is judgement about which property suits your trip, and someone local to sort it out if something goes wrong on arrival.
Can you arrange family or connecting rooms?
Yes. Tell us how many adults, how many children and their ages when you enquire, and we will look specifically for family rooms, connecting rooms or a block on the same floor rather than whatever the booking engine allocates.
Can I upgrade my room or hotel after booking?
Usually, subject to availability and the difference in rate. Ask us as early as you can — upgrades are far easier to secure weeks ahead than on the day you arrive, especially in peak season.
