What we handle
A private tour means the trip runs on your schedule. Your group travels alone with its own guide and vehicle, starts when you want to start, spends longer where you are enjoying yourself and skips what does not interest you. For families with young children, for older travellers, or for anyone who has been on a coach tour and swore never again, it is the difference between a holiday and an itinerary you endure.
Group tours solve a different problem. Extended families travelling together, friends booking as a block, corporate parties and community groups all need something a standard package cannot give: multiple rooms coordinated in the same hotel, vehicles that fit everyone, restaurants that can seat the whole party, and a single person responsible for keeping it all moving. We handle that as one booking with one point of contact.
Both are built rather than bought. You tell us who is travelling, how long you have and what matters to the group, and we come back with a written proposal and a cost. Nothing is confirmed until you have changed whatever you want changed.

- From a couple upward. Larger parties are quoted with the right vehicle class and room allocation built in from the start.

- English and Urdu as standard. Ask when you enquire if your group needs another language and we will tell you what is possible.
- Vehicles
- Sedan, minivan, minibus or coach, matched to the number of travellers and their luggage rather than the minimum that fits.

- Larger groups need longer, because rooms and vehicles are held in blocks. Enquire as early as your dates are known.

What is the difference between a private tour and a group tour?
A private tour is your party alone — your guide, your vehicle, your schedule. A group tour is a larger single party travelling together, which brings its own logistics around rooms, vehicles and restaurants. Neither means being put with strangers; both are booked as one group under one contact.
Is there a minimum or maximum group size?
No fixed minimum — we run private tours for couples. Larger parties are limited mainly by vehicle and hotel availability on your dates, which is why bigger groups should enquire early. Tell us the number of adults, children and rooms and we will confirm what is workable.
Can we set our own pace each day?
On a private tour, yes, and that is usually the main reason people choose one. You can start later, take longer over lunch, cut a site short or add one on the day. Your guide will tell you honestly what that does to the rest of the schedule before you decide.
Do you have Urdu-speaking guides?
Yes — our guides work in English and Urdu as standard, which makes a real difference at sites like Hagia Sophia and Topkapı where the history is the point of the visit. If your group needs a different language, ask when you enquire and we will tell you what we can arrange.
Can you handle an extended family needing several rooms?
Yes, and it is worth flagging early. Getting a large family into the same hotel on the same floor, with connecting rooms where needed and a restaurant that can seat everyone at once, takes planning that is easy weeks ahead and difficult at short notice.
Do you arrange corporate or incentive groups?
Yes, though we run those as a dedicated corporate service rather than as a private tour, because the planning works backwards from a fixed agenda — meeting space, transfers on a tighter schedule and one consolidated invoice.
